Here is the English translation of the General Terms and Conditions:

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

§2 Formation of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop http://www.santalina.de.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

Selection of the desired goods
Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
Review of the details in the shopping cart
Pressing the "Proceed to Checkout" button
Entering registration details (email address and billing address).
Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button.

Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button contained in the internet browser they are using, after checking their details, or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions via email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://santalina.de/agb/. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Maturity

(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Any shipping costs are added to this.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place here within 5 working days at the latest. The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance, and on the day after the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also only passes to the buyer upon handover of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a sale to destination.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
