Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DeChem-Tech GmbH, Hammerbrookstrasse 93, 20097 Hamburg, Phone: +49 40 22 860 3976, info@santalina.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

4. Compliance with the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

7. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

8. Return Costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Compensation for Diminished Value (for contracts involving the delivery of goods)

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
